FareLord offers the facility of canceling a ticket over the phone. However, for canceling the tickets booked by FareLord, you must fulfill the below criteria:

  • The tickets booked under “no show” category, are not subjected under refund policy from suppliers.
  • FareLord accepts the refund request of only those candidates, who have initially applied for cancelation of tickets and refund with our company.
  • Tickets are entitled to a refund if and only if the airlines’ policy allows us to do so.

FareLord charges a processing fee for all the permitted cancelations from customers. FareLord proclaims evidently that the entire service fees and airline tickets are not refundable at any cost.

We protect the waivers from the airlines to process the request for cancelation as well as the refund.

FareLord manages to execute the refund requests of customers in an organized manner but to handle large numbers of travelers at once is a problem. So, FareLord cannot provide the exact date or accurate time for flight ticket refunds. To initiate the refund process, customers are requested to forward the notice to the customer service agent. Within a short period, our team responds to your mail to confirm the refund request. This reply is merely an acknowledgment of your refund request. Keep in mind that you are not directly qualified for the compensation.

After receiving the request from customer, we approach the concerned airlines to get the waived amount as per the airline’s policy since we entirely depend on the airlines to obtain refunded money. At the same time, we let you know about the estimation of the airlines. If everything goes well, then the fund is transferred into your account after the approval of refund by the airlines.
